The hotel offers beautifully decorated deluxe rooms with vibrant colors and amazing views of Pattaya beach front. The food is very good, but cleanliness could be improved. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The location is excellent, close to the sea and a big shopping mall. Dining options are excellent, with a wide selection for all nationalities. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a variety of choices for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with all the amenities I needed, and they offered a peaceful view of the pool. The hotel had rooms with a worse-equipped bathroom without a tub, mold in the corner of walls, a weird air conditioner, and very high humidity, located in the side wing, not the main building, compared to another hotel we stayed at in Samui. Although the room conditions were not ideal, the location was excellent, close to the beach area and the hustle and bustle of Thai street life, and also near a multi-level shopping mall with high-end shops and restaurants.
