The hotel offers beautifully decorated deluxe rooms with vibrant colors and amazing views of Pattaya beach front. The food is very good, but cleanliness could be improved. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with all the amenities I needed, and they offered a peaceful view of the pool. The service was fantastic, especially with the help of the manager, and the location was just perfect for shopping and dining. The hotel had rooms with a worse-equipped bathroom without a tub, mold in the corner of walls, a weird air conditioner, and very high humidity, located in the side wing, not the main building, compared to another hotel we stayed at in Samui. Although the room conditions were not ideal, the location was excellent, close to the beach area and the hustle and bustle of Thai street life, and also near a multi-level shopping mall with high-end shops and restaurants.
